SUMMARY

Design, develop, maintain, and deliver technology-driven software solutions using the SAP platform to meet the strategic business objectives of clients. Work with client business users, engineers, and software developers to determine business and system requirements and select appropriate SAP ISU solutions to meet user needs. Create, review, and finalize SAP ISU solution designs and technical specifications and establish project scope, goals, budgets, phases, and timelines. Develop modules for clients’ ISU platforms using SAP to include functional areas such as billing and device management. Develop and build the business process management software to automate workflow, increase productivity and customer retention, and decrease company production costs. Develop tests for SAP ISU modules, components, and sub-components and analyze software performance tuning, debugging, and testing documentation for each phase of software implementation. Evaluate performance metrics for implementation efficiency and productivity and perform post-implementation analysis throughout the system landscape to ensure accuracy in areas affected by systems developments using ALM and HPQC defect tracking tools. Confer routinely with users, management, and software developers throughout the implementation process to ensure that software solutions meet quality and efficiency standards and deliver the required business value. Provide technical support as needed to application users and serve as a subject-matter expert with regards to the company’s SAP ISU solutions. Develop best practices and solutions to increase the efficiency of business processes through the use of technology. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry trends in SAP solutions and identify enhanced business use cases, technology features, and other opportunities to provide additional value to the company’s clients.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This may be substituted with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in SAP ISU, SAP AMI configuration, SAP Bill Print programs, SAP Data Conversion and migration experience, and ALM. The position requires incidental travel – 1% of time, not more than several days a few times a year.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Wages: $205,000.00 per year
40 hours/week.
