My journey at SEW has been rewarding and challenging. I started at SEW when there was only a handful of employees and it has been amazing being able to see the direct impact the people engagement team has had on SEW’s growth, we are now a global company with diverse talents across the world. Being able to bring people together for a common interest that directly impacts the globe and resources we use every day is a very satisfying and rewarding opportunity. The people engagement team has made sure to grow and cultivate the SEW team into the family it is today, I am so thankful for this opportunity and look forward to the expansions we will have this year.
