SUMMARY

Product Testing /QA - Lead with strong experience in Manual, Automation and Performance testing to plan, develop, automate and execute software and testing environments. Looking for someone who has experience working in a fast pace product / project environment and who has handled different deliverable and due date at the same time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience in leading and developing testing measures and standards for new applications, products and/or enhancement to the existing applications
  • Create and maintain software testing documentation to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
  • Strong Experience in documenting and defects and must have experience with defect tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of testing principles, concepts and best practices
  • Must be able communicate and document testing results to other team members and client.
  • Maintain and deliver proper reports and recommendations to address existing and potential improvements in the QA teams and department.
  • Manage end to end testing for projects and coordinate with the offshore teams to maintain the testing timelines
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years of experience in testing, automation, performance and load and security testing
  • 5 plus years of testing and scripting experience with testing tools like Selenium and other similar testing tools.
  • 5 years of experience in defect tracking tools
  • Experience with Automation tools such as a Selenium WebDriver
  • Heavy API focus required along with microservices.
  • Lead Automation framework builds.
  • Heavy Load testing (JMeter or LoadRunner)
