Summary

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with 8–12 years of experience who possesses excellent communication skills and is well-versed in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. This position involves managing a cross-functional team of 60+ resources. The ideal candidate should be able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly and have a strong understanding of products and product development.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years as a Delivery Lead managing technical product development and implementation.
• Educational Qualifications: MBA/Post Graduate Diploma or B.E./B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science) from a premier institute, with at least 8+ years of work experience for MBA candidates or 10+ years of work experience for B.E./B.Tech candidates.
• Proven Business and IT experience, ideally supported with relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience working in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Technical Skills Required

• Responsible for managing delivery/implementation of the product with mid-sized technical and functional teams.
• Define project SLAs, milestones, and schedules to deliver a high-quality product.
• Responsible for change request management, compliance, and risk management.
• Responsible for account utilization, account margin, and people management in the account, including attrition management, resource planning, and people development.
• Coordinate with other cross-functional team members, both onshore and offshore, for solutions and development tasks on projects.
• Allocate and define project tasks with the team and plan resource requirements as per scope and timelines.
• Provide direction and support to the team by participating in design, solution, and code reviews.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report project progress to all stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET / Azure Stack Framework, JavaScript, UI or comparable programming environments (Full Stack), web development, and test methodologies.
• Prior experience in a product-based company is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps engineering practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and be a good individual contributor as well as a team player.
• Must possess the drive and energy to take on new challenges and be flexible to work and travel abroad.
• Work experience in any of the following sectors is a plus: Energy & Utilities, Retail & Consumer Products, Public Services, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences.
